Control of border and immigration,

Bring home our troops and turn the border into a military base north and south. Create an Elis island system along the border with a documentation services to control and document the migrant workers and tourist that we need. For the most part we have no worries of the human beings traveling across the border for legal reasons of work, trade and tourism we should treat them with respect and dignity. We should fight the war against the gangs and cartels that are doing harm to humans on both sides of the border.
